Day 12

Breakfast was a granola bar, lunch was fiori with marinara sauce, and dinner was a stir fry with a honey sauce.I adapted a really good recipe for a honey chicken stir fry and used the sauce with broccoli, green beans, peas, mushrooms, and potatoes. Next time I'll leave out the potatoes. I was just felt like adding them for some reason. It wasn't bad, but it would be better without them. Snacks included another apple strudel. I almost didn't eat it, but if I don't they'll go bad. I finished making Chocolate Mint Brownies last night so I got to try them out today. They were delicious. I loved them. The only problem is that you can't let them warm up since the mint center has to stay cold.
